Bequeathed in 1975 by Marie Selby for public enjoyment, Selby Gardens is a Bayfront garden oasis. It is made up of many smaller gardens containing plants from a world-renowned living plant collection, assembled primarily from New Tropic locations.
Housed in the residence of Christy Payne, the museum showcases nature-related art exhibits featuring compelling local, national and international artists. Popular shows include the annual Juried Photography Exhibition.
