Within walking distance of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Salvador Dali Museum, the Morean Galleries host rotating exhibits, classes and a shop with artwork from local artists.
Located across the street, and associated with the Morean is the permanent exhibition of the Chihuly Collection (see separate isting), housed in a magnificent 10,000 square foot setting designed by award-winning architect Albert Alfonso.
Also associated with the Morean is the Morean Center for Clay, located in the historic train station at 420 22nd Street South, in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg. It offers education, studio space, and gallery sales in one building.
