Founded in 2013, the museum stewards a collection of Navajo and Hopi pre-1940s textiles, including chief’s blankets, Navajo saddle blankets, optical art textiles and Yei weavings. Also has a range of historical artifacts and early armaments of the Southwest.
The fine arts collection of classic and contemporary Southwestern paintings includes works by Maynard Dixon, Thomas Moran, Albert Bierstadt, Gerald Cassidy, and more.
