The Museum is dedicated to the art of early 20th-century Taos, and paintings by the masters of the Taos Society of Artists.
The collection of approximately 600 paintings, drawings, and prints and other artifacts of the Taos founders and those who followed, is housed in the historic studio and home built by Russian artist Nicolai Fechin between 1927 and 1933.
