The permanent collection of the Roswell Museum and Art Center is comprised of fine art and historical materials that chronicle specific areas of cultural change in the Southwest.
Significant examples of historic, regional, modern, and contemporary art include works from the Santa Fe and Taos art colonies, an international print collection dating to the 16th century to the present, a prized collection of Spanish Colonial woodblock prints, and unique examples of hand-crafted furniture and decorative objects.
